Spring 2021 |
Conditions will not be safe enough yet for the Spring 2021 VAR to take place in person. The business meeting will be conducted via Zoom. |
| April 2021 | The annual Grand Caverns Spring Cleaning project is unfortunately cancelled this year. We hope to return in 2022! |
| July 25-30 | Virtual NSS Convention. They NSS hopes to return to Weed in person in 2024. |

Fall 2021 |
We hope conditions will permit the Fall 2021 VAR to be held at the RASS field station, but it is too early to tell. Stay tuned. |
| Spring 2022 | Spring VAR is finally planned to occur at Grand Caverns, Grottoes, VA, after several years of postponements. |

In addition to these special events, there is a survey or project somewhere in the Region just about every weekend. Check the listings, and then check with the project coordinator to make sure the project is meeting when you think it is.
